Tracy’s Travels is committed to providing professional, timely, and personalized travel planning services. As a small business, responses may not always be immediate, but all inquiries will be followed up on as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary based on workload, business hours, and availability.
Respectful communication is required at all times. I match energy—if communication is kind and respectful, you will receive the same. If communication becomes rude, aggressive, or disrespectful, my responses will remain professional but will become more direct and less accommodating.
Scheduled calls that are missed or abandoned without communication may require rescheduling based on availability. Tracy’s Travels reserves the right to decline or terminate services at any time if a client is not a good fit.
Continued disrespectful, excessive, or harassing communication will result in termination of services and being blocked from further contact.
If a public review is left that does not accurately reflect the interaction, Tracy’s Travels reserves the right to respond with factual documentation of communication to clarify the situation.

I'm a wife and mom of 6, with kids ranging from kindergarten to full-grown adults with mortgages. My house is almost never a silent place! I'm somewhere in my horrific 40s, Texas born, California raised, grass-fed. I manage and maintain a gameroom in a family-owned-and-run Italian restaurant, which I really enjoy! As a military brat, I’ve developed a love for adventure. I get up between 4 and 5 am every day, a habit I've had my whole life, mostly to read. My music taste spans from heavy metal to rap to opera, and I’m also an oddity collector with a passion for all things dark and spooky!
